Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of personalized cards to detect any aesthetic flaws or operational defects, ensuring every card meets our premium standards. Rigorously verify personalization accuracy; including cardholder name, Primary Account Number (PAN), expiry date, and CVV; as well as overall print quality against precise customer specification sheets. Accurately identify, document, and categorize defects and non-conformities, maintaining detailed logs to facilitate robust tracking and root-cause analysis. Escalate quality concerns and recurring defects promptly to the relevant production and engineering teams, ensuring immediate corrective and preventive actions are initiated. Maintain meticulous, accurate, and complete quality inspection records and logs, ensuring full traceability and readiness for internal and external audits. Ensure full compliance with all customer requirements, international regulatory standards, and industry security protocols (including PCI DSS) throughout the inspection process. Actively support internal quality audits and investigations by providing comprehensive inspection data, process insights, and historical defect trends. Monitor and verify strict adherence to approved production and personalization procedures at every stage of the manufacturing process. Verify product traceability and ensure all accompanying documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed in line with quality management systems. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance quality standards, optimize processes, and drive down defect rates.
