- Offer constructive feedback and coaching to agents.
- Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Support development of training materials and facilitate sessions.
- Develop performance assessments using appropriate indicators.
- Conduct group training and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain standards for customer interactions.
