Key Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will undertake the following duties:
• 1. Project Management: Independently manage internal and external projects from initial kickoff through successful completion.
• 2. Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, task lists, timelines and resource allocation schedules.
• 3. Team Coordination: Work with developers, operations teams, associates and other departments to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within the agreed scope.
• 4. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact person for assigned projects, keeping clients and internal stakeholders informed about progress and developments.
• 5. Project Monitoring: Track milestones, task progress and deliverable status to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• 6. Management Reporting: Prepare regular project updates and present progress reports to company leadership.
• 7. Risk Management: Identify potential project challenges early, escalate issues when necessary and monitor corrective actions.
• 8. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals and communication records, ensuring information is properly stored.
• 9. Capacity Reporting: Submit weekly Capacity Reports to support resource planning and project management.
• 10. Business Reporting: Update the New Business Report after the signing of a Statement of Work (SOW).
• 11. Service Failure Reporting: Complete Service Failure Reports whenever applicable.
• 12. Escalation Management: Work with Senior Project Managers to resolve escalated matters, align on strategic direction and request additional resources where necessary.
• 13. Process Improvement: Participate in company initiatives and recommend improvements to project management procedures and practices.
• 14. Post-Project Reviews: Conduct project reviews to document lessons learned and identify opportunities for future improvement.
• 15. Project Management Standards: Support the adoption of appropriate project management tools, methodologies and best practices across the organisation.
• Qualifications and Requirements

• - A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• - Three to five years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination or a similar role.
• - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• - Experience working with technical teams and technology-driven projects.
• - Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• - Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• - Project management certification such as CAPM, Scrum Master, PMP or an equivalent qualification.
• - Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), data operations or technology services.
• - Familiarity with software development lifecycles and technical workflows.
• - Experience preparing reports, dashboards and project performance metrics.
