- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects from initiation through to close-out, in line with client contracts and scope of work.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource schedules, and budgets, and monitor performance against these throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs against forecasts, and manage variations, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans to minimize schedule, cost, and quality impacts.
- Ensure all projects comply with EHS requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality management procedures.
- Oversee procurement and logistics planning for project materials and equipment, working closely with the supply chain team.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management and clients.
- Conduct project close-out activities, including handover documentation, lessons learned, and client sign-off.
- Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers, site supervisors, and junior project staff.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to project proposals, cost estimates, and technical solutions where required.
