- Plan and manage network expansion and upgrade projects, including new site rollouts and capacity upgrades.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track progress against them.
- Coordinate between field technicians, network operations, procurement, and HR to keep projects moving.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including materials Reconciliation and installation partners.
- Track project costs against budget and report variances to management.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks (e.g. equipment delays, OLT/port capacity constraints, permitting issues) that could delay rollout.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for network elements (access points, MikroTik routers, SmartOLT/OLT devices, and other infrastructure) requiring urgent attention, working with field and network operations teams to restore service quickly.
- Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management review.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality and project milestones.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Support planning for new market/site expansion, including feasibility input and timeline estimation.
