Responsibilities

  • Monitor the day-to-day progress of construction works and ensure the project remains on schedule.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of air-handling systems and other critical factory utilities.
  • Monitor the quality of construction, workmanship, materials, and installations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify delays, technical issues, quality concerns, and project risks.
  • Coordinate meetings between contractors, engineers, technology partners, consultants, and management.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and critical path activities.
  • Coordinate the installation, testing, commissioning, validation, and handover of factory infrastructure, utilities, air-handling systems, and technology-related systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, decisions, and outstanding actions.
  • Provide daily progress reports to management, covering work completed, current activities, delays, challenges, risks, and required interventions.
