- Collect, collate and compile data on implementation of Public Sector Reforms.
- Collect data for Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR).
- Undertake training and capacity‑building for MDAs implementing Public Sector Reforms.
- Collect and collate data on thematic areas of innovation and incubation of public sector reforms.
- Collect data to support technical advice for MDAs on Public Sector Reforms.
- Update information in the Central Database for public sector reforms.
