- This is an entry and training grade for officers in the social or public service sector. An officer at this level maybe deployed in any of the following:
- Social Sector
- Public Service Sector
- At Social Sector
- The duties and
- at this level will include: -
- undertaking research for resource mobilization;
- collecting and analyzing data on social sector reforms;
- collecting and collating data for Special Government Initiatives;
- preparing data collection tools for tracking the institutionalization of Special Government Initiatives in public sector institutions.
- At Public Service Sector
- The duties and
- at this level will entail:
- collecting, collating and compiling data on the implementation of Public Sector Reforms;
- collecting data for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR);
- undertaking training and capacity-building for MDAs implementing Public Sector Reforms;
- collecting and collating data on thematic areas on innovation and incubation of public sector reforms;
- collecting data on for technical advice to support MDAs on Public Sector Reforms; and
- updating in information in the Central Database for public sector reforms.
