I. Diploma or degree in Food science, Agriculture, Engineering or related field. II. Proven
at least Three (3) years’
in tea Manufacturing. III. Strong leadership and managerial skills. IV. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. V. Production Planning and execution VI. Supervision and team coordination VII. Manufacturing data and Process control VIII. Quality assurance IX. Maintenance coordination KEY TASKS: a) Assist in panning and coordinating daily production schedules. b) Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures across all sections c) Directly supervise and coordinate the work of production supervisors d) Ensure proper shift planning, shift deployment and discipline on the factory floor. e) Maintain records of firewood procurement, delivery, stock levels and consumption f) Monitor key Production parameters and highlight variances or inefficiencies. g) Liaise with mechanical team to ensure timely maintenance of Machinery h) Enforce occupational health and safety standards in all production areas. i) Monitor Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accuracy and timeliness. j) Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry
