Responsibilities

  • 1 Lead the commissioning and optimization of stretch film production lines.
  • 2 Establish and optimize process parameters to improve quality, productivity, and material utilization.
  • 3 Analyze and resolve process, equipment, and product quality issues using root cause analysis.
  • 4 Drive process improvements to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve equipment performance.
  • 5 Lead product trials, raw material evaluations, and process validation activities.
  • 6 Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and technical standards.
  • 7 Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.
