Qualifications
- For appointment to this position a candidate must:
- Be a citizen of Kenya;
- Have served in the grade of Chief Physical Planner for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Hold a Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Planning or Town Planning from a University recognized in Kenya;
- Be a corporate member of Kenya Institute of Planners or Architectural Association of Kenya (Town Planning Chapter) and in good standing;
- Be registered by the Physical Planners Registration Board;
- Be in possession of a certificate in Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
