Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the brokering team by accurately managing market documentation, processing renewals, and maintaining client accounts. This role ensures seamless operational efficiency, strict regulatory compliance, and a high level of service delivery to both clients and underwriters.

  • Technical & Market Documentation
  • Slip & Contract Production:Draft, proofread, and process market slips, evidence of cover notes, and policy endorsements accurately.
  • Compliance Checks: Review technical submissions, policy clauses, and wording against strict compliance frameworks and underwriter standards.
  • Closing Administration: Process final market closings, premium calculations, and sign-offs for carriers and underwriters.
  • Account & Renewal Management
  • Renewal Tracking: Proactively monitor upcoming client renewals and assemble accurate pre-renewal documentation and files.
  • Query Resolution: Coordinate daily between client managers, claims departments, and underwriting teams to resolve routine technical or data discrepancies.
