Instructional Delivery Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in assigned subjects. Implement CBE guidelines including learning outcomes, performance tasks, and assessment rubrics. Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning aids. Incorporate ICT tools and digital content in teaching where applicable. Assessment and Evaluation Design and administer both formative and summative assessments. Keep accurate records of learners' progress and use data to inform instruction. Prepare end-term reports and conduct parent-teacher meetings. Classroom Management Maintain discipline using positive behavior reinforcement strategies.
