- This person will prepare bids, proposals, and
- tender responses in both English and French, conduct product
- demonstrations for francophone prospects, and manage POC engagements

- KEY

- Digital Signage, Appointment Booking, CX CRM, CX Portal) to prospective
- clients across banking, healthcare, and enterprise sectors in
- Francophone markets
- • Plan, coordinate, and manage
- Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements from scoping through execution,
- including bilingual documentation, client feedback, and commercial
- follow-through
- • Support client discovery and needs analysis sessions to position the right Marezi solution for each francophone prospect
- • Prepare accurate bilingual quotations in coordination with country sales representatives, aligned to approved pricing and
- commercial frameworks
- • Maintain a tender calendar and compliance matrix to ensure zero missed deadlines across concurrent multi-market submissions

- Manage and update CRM records in Zoho with accurate deal stages,
- proposal statuses, and activity logs across all Francophone accounts
- • Produce regular reports in English on bid activity, demo pipeline, POC status, and win and loss analysis for leadership

- responses in both English and French, compliant with OHADA frameworks
- and local procurement regulations
- • Develop bilingual
- technical and commercial proposals including cost estimates, solution
- descriptions, scope of work, and capability statements tailored to
- Francophone market
