Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 7-10 years of engineering

Responsibilities
- Engineering & Maintenance Management: Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Reliability & Utilities: Manage equipment performance, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and critical plant utilities including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, water treatment, and power systems.
- Projects, CAPEX & Spare Parts: Oversee engineering projects, equipment installations, plant modifications, CAPEX requirements, spare parts availability, and engineering budgets. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure engineering operations comply with HSE, food safety, GMP, and environmental standards while driving Lean, TPM, 5S, OEE, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Systems: Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams, maintain technical competency, and ensure accurate maintenance records and SAP system updates.
