Responsibilities
- This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and
- will include:-
- participating in monitoring and evaluation of social development programs;
- promotion of collaboration among communities, contractors, and stakeholders;
- participating in the development of mechanisms for grievance and dispute resolution;
- participating in social performance audits of community development projects;
- participating in promotion of public awareness and sensitization on petroleum impacts; and
- participating in the preparation of feedback mechanisms on matters social development in petroleum operations.
