Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process while supporting financial accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience, preferably from a Big 5 audit firm, and demonstrate high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and technical accounting expertise.

- Payroll Management
- Process and manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory
Requirements
- (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, HELB, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure timely submission of statutory returns
- Prepare and post payroll journals to the general ledger
- Coordinate with HR on employee contracts, onboarding, exits, and
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and employee costs
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 5 firm
