We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Onboarding Specialist to manage, streamline, and execute the onboarding journey for new partners. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for qualified partners, guiding them from initial contact through successful system setup and operational training. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure partners are set up for long-term success.

- Onboarding Pipeline Management:
- Monitor the onboarding pipeline to identify, prioritize, and manage high-priority partners, ensuring critical accounts are activated swiftly and efficiently.
- Partner Training & Enablement:
- Conduct proactive outreach to qualified partners, delivering structured, step-by-step training on how to navigate the platform, manage storefront operations, and fulfill orders.
- Technical & Operational Support:
