The Partner and Customer Enablement Lead will deliver structured onboarding, enablement, and in‑country Software User Training (SUT) with Peek’s implementing partners. The role ensures partners adopt Peek’s software confidently and independently, while maintaining high standards of training quality, assurance, and programme outcomes.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and enablement sessions using standard learning assets.
- Deliver demonstrations and hands‑on training sessions.
- Support field monitoring visits and software release alignment.
- Train new Peek staff on Peek Capture and Admin.
- Coach and develop Trainer of Trainers (ToT), Partner‑as‑Trainer (PaT) representatives, and consultants.
- Quality assure training models against certification frameworks.
- Monitor screening and referral protocols through remote QA.
- Attend programme design workshops and lead on configuration.
- Validate and test workflows with programme managers and partners.
- Own software adoption and behaviour‑change outcomes.
- Monitor usage, engagement, and programme outcomes against OKRs.
- Act as SME, reviewing training materials for accuracy and field deliverability.
- Gather partner feedback and channel insights into learning assets and product improvements.
- Triage partner queries, tickets, bugs, and enhancement requests.
- Plan and manage multiple country programmes in parallel.
- Maintain enablement plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Take full ownership of workload, decisions, and outcomes.
- Support colleagues toward shared team goals.
- Represent Peek at industry events with clear messaging and branding.
