The associate will support the administration and maintenance of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and related IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, wireless devices, and associated hardware and software.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Technical Support & User Assistance
Provide first-level technical support to users on IT-related hardware, software, and systems.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, email, and network connectivity.
Support staff with the use of Microsoft 365 applications and other organizational software.
Provide IT orientation and basic training to staff and new technology users.
Systems & Network Support
Support the maintenance and administration of local area networks (LAN), internet services, and related equipment, including routers, wireless devices, and network connections.
Assist in monitoring the performance of IT equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Support the installation, configuration, and deployment of approved software and applications.
Assist with basic user account administration, including account creation, modification, and deactivation
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hardware and software according to HIAS IT standards and global security requirements.
Provide guidance to users on the proper use of IT systems and best practices for information security.
Support compliance with organizational policies, including safeguarding and accountability requirements.
