- 2.Plan and coordinate production according to customer orders and sales requirements.
- 3.Ensure Cabro, paving blocks, and other products are produced according to required quality standards.
- 4.Supervise production, stores, transport and other operational staff.
- 5.Monitor production targets, productivity and wastage.
- 6.Ensure adequate availability of raw materials and production supplies.
- 7.Coordinate with Sales to ensure customer orders are produced and delivered on time.

- 14. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- 15. Manage staff attendance, discipline and performance in coordination with HR.
- 16. Coordinate loading, dispatch and delivery of finished products.
