We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our retail outlets. The role will drive operational efficiency, process improvement, inventory optimization, employee performance, and effective coordination across HR, IT, Marketing, and Procurement.
Key
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all retail outlets and ensure consistent service and operational standards.
- Drive process improvements, innovation, cost efficiency, and implementation of SOPs.
- Lead inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment, stock optimization, and shrinkage control.
- Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective stock availability.
- Oversee HR and people-related processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, appraisals, and team development.
- Provide oversight of IT systems supporting retail operations, including POS and inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with Marketing on promotions, activations, and campaigns to ensure operational readiness.
- Set and monitor outlet and team KPIs, coach teams, and address performance gaps.
- Analyze sales and outlet performance to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and action plans for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and audit requirements.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years’ progressive
- in retail operations, preferably in multi-outlet retail, FMCG, or similar fast-moving sectors.
- Proven
