- To coordination of office administrative services and gives direction on secretarial and logistics support to ensure the smooth running of all offices activities in order to achieve the Board’s mandate
- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to correspondences attending to visitors/clients; handling telephone calls, enquiries, and appointments
- Maintain office diary, itineraries and office protocol;
- Monitor procedures for record keeping for correspondences;
- Record and compile customer complaints at the Office.
