- Very good knowledge of nursing, medical care and counseling standards and procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; both English and Kiswahili
- Demonstrate evidence-based knowledge of the current practices in general nursing in an outpatient setup
- Experience working in a youth-friendly health facility will be an added advantage.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered
- Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) from a recognized Institution (KRCHN)
- Registered and with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- At least one year of internship clinical working experience
- Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
