Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager & Quality Advisor will provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations across Outreach Clinics, ensuring that services meet required clinical, professional and organizational standards. The role will support the implementation and monitoring of nursing policies, procedures, clinical protocols and practice guidelines.
A major focus of the position will be quality improvement and patient safety. The successful candidate will coordinate quality audits, compliance assessments and performance monitoring initiatives while reviewing clinical quality indicators, incident reports and patient safety data to identify areas requiring improvement.
The role will also support accreditation and certification processes, including frameworks such as

, and ensure that nursing services remain aligned with applicable regulatory
