Qualifications
- For appointment to this position a candidate must:
- Be a citizen of Kenya;
- Have served and proven experience in administration or management either in Public or private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Hold a Bachelors Degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
- Hold a post graduate qualification in Public Administration, Management, Economics, Urban Planning/Development, Sociology or its equivalent qualification;
- Be a member of a relevant professional association or body and in good standing;
- Be in possession of Leadership Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Demonstrate managerial, leadership and professional competence in work performance and results; and
- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya
