ROLE PURPOSE

The Multimedia Communications Officer is responsible for translating the Academy’s approved brand and communications strategy into compelling, timely, and audience-focused multimedia content across digital, social, internal, and media platforms. Serving as the operational content lead, this role drives content planning, production, publishing, live event storytelling, audience engagement, and performance analytics while ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding and brand compliance standards.

  • Translate annual communication strategies and editorial priorities into actionable content plans and platform-specific messaging.
  • Operationalize the digital editorial calendar across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), website, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content capturing student experiences, academic achievements, and institutional impact.
  • Responsibly leverage AI-assisted content tools to optimize workflows while maintaining originality, data privacy, and the Academy’s voice.
  • Repurpose high-performing assets across multiple platforms to maximize reach and value.
  • Social Media & Audience Engagement
  • Manage daily social media operations, monitor comments and messages, and maintain brand tone.
