Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Automotive Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Plan and assign daily schedules for 6 mobile alignment units and coordinate 12 field staff.
- Monitor deployment, attendance, team productivity and the target of 15 completed alignments per day.
- Coordinate mobile alignment operations, equipment utilization and daily reporting.
- Drive sales of wheel alignment services to tyre customers, fleet accounts and new clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work with the Sales Director on revenue targets and sales pipeline progress.
- Present service proposals to fleet managers, transport managers and procurement officers.
- Ensure safety, service quality, customer satisfaction and accurate Budini system reporting.
