Incubation Strategy

: Leading the “Incubation” phase for all newly acquired sellers ensuring they reach their first sales within their first 30 days on the platform.

Mass Management of Sellers

: Overseeing the “Midtail” segment

Team Leadership

: Managing a team of Incubation Associates and Midtail account managers, setting clear KPIs for seller activation and retention.

Growth Levers

: Driving the adoption of Jumia growth tools (Sponsored Products, Jumia Express) specifically among smaller vendors to boost their visibility.

Performance Monitoring

: Tracking “New Seller Success Rate” and “Churn Rate” using PowerBI and internal dashboards to identify bottlenecks in the seller journey.

Operational Excellence
