Requirements

  • 1. Data Collection & Quality
  • Track data entry across the school management system (student scores, attendance, retention) and field tools (classroom observations, surveys).
  • Check incoming data for gaps, errors, and inconsistencies; follow up directly with campus teams to get them fixed.
  • Keep the MEL indicator matrix, the core indicators spanning literacy, numeracy, Socio-Emotional Learning, retention, teacher training, and placement, accurate and up to date.
  • 2. Dashboard Build, Automation & Tooling
  • Maintain and improve the leadership dashboards.
  • Fix issues as they come up; keep the dashboard live, current, and easy for non-technical leadership to read at a glance.
  • Advise on and implement best-practice tools and automations that cut manual work across teams.
  • Monitor and manage hosting/usage to avoid unnecessary cost or downtime.
  • 3. Reporting & Analysis
  • Pull together regular data summaries and reports for leadership review (this will primarily sit in live dashboards that can be utilised directly).
  • Run the numbers behind funder and partner reporting, and flag anything unverified or inconsistent before it goes external.
  • Support assessment cycles (for example EGRA/EGMA baseline, endline): scheduling, data capture, and analysis.
  • 4. Cross-Team Coordination
  • Work directly with the Executive Principal and department heads to keep each indicator's data flowing on schedule.
  • Support campus-level teams with data entry training and troubleshooting.
  • 5. Documentation
  • Keep data definitions, collection templates, and the indicator matrix current and usable by the wider team.
