Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in production machinery. Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery. Troubleshooting & Repairs Identify mechanical problems and determine appropriate corrective actions. Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Repair or replace defective machine parts and components. Conduct root cause analysis of recurring mechanical failures. Equipment Monitoring & Performance Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities. Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of equipment. Maintain machinery in optimal working condition. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records. Record all repairs, parts replaced, and maintenance activities. Prepare reports on machine performance and downtime incidents. Update maintenance schedules and work orders. Safety & Compliance Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures. Ensure proper use of tools and protective equipment. Support compliance with industrial safety regulations.
