We are seeking a Marketing Representative to promote the property portfolio, generate qualified enquiries and help clients find properties that meet their needs. The role involves digital marketing, client follow‑up, property viewings and coordination with sales and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Market residential and commercial properties via online listings, social media, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings updated.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers.
- Build relationships with clients, landlords, agents and referral partners.
- Track inquiries, viewings and leads, and provide regular updates on marketing activity.
- Support marketing campaigns, property events and sales activities.
Requirements
