  • The GPM is expected to

  • Areas of Responsibility
  • • Market intelligence and Insights through primary research and customer connect.
  • • Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
  • • Making Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands and therapy.
  • • Ensuring Planning & timely delivery of promotional inputs.
  • • Execution excellence on KPIs.
  • • Conducting meetings, Product launches, organizing CMEs, Conferences.
  • • Product forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, new product pre-launch and launch strategy and post launch, new initiatives for product growth strategy.
  • • Ensuring marketing strategy implementation through sales force connect
  • • Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect.
  • • Drive digital, data-driven, and patient-centric innovations and to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
  • • Providing training, product knowledge, and direction to the field sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with scientific and communication skills both.
