Managers and Senior Managers are responsible for the following areas of work:
Leading client engagements and building trusted advisor relationships
Overseeing all aspects of client projects to deliver high-quality outputs that drive social impact
Providing strategic counsel and establishing themselves as experts and trusted advisors to senior leaders in governments, foundations, NGOs, and socially impactful businesses
Managing client expectations, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and maintaining strong relationships throughout project lifecycles
Driving technical excellence across projects
Directing project teams' technical work and leading evaluation design, research methodology, and analytical approaches tailored to client needs and decision contexts
Engaging internal and external technical experts to strengthen project quality and rigor
Developing a deep understanding of econometrics, data science, field experiment, and qualitative methods to guide appropriate tool selection
