- Oversee quality standards for raw materials, processes, and final products.
- Review inspection and audit findings; approve corrective actions.
- Escalate high‑risk issues to Senior Manager.
- Audit, Verification & Certification Support
- Lead internal audit schedules and ensure closure of findings.
- Support external audits, inspections, and certification assessments.
- Ensure sampling, verification, and traceability programmes are executed.
- Incident & Risk Management
- Oversee investigations and root cause analysis of incidents.
- Monitor corrective actions and escalate unresolved issues.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Consolidate performance data and inspection findings.
- Present trends, risks, and improvement recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Align Food Safety Associates with organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Lab teams.
- Support rollout of food safety training programmes.
