Critical Accountabilities
Written storytelling – Research, interview, draft articles for newsletters and social media
Visual content creation- Design graphics, social media tiles and infographics on Canva, capture and edit photographs and short form videos as per the visual brand guideline.
; Multi-channel storytelling – Adapt and package stories for web, social media, email and print by applying basic SEO and accessibility practices
Content planning and campaign support – Contribute ideas to the editorial calendar, support the conceptualization and execution of storytelling campaigns
Stakeholder engagement - Build relationships across departments to identify authentic stories; conduct interviews; secure necessary consents and permissions; respect privacy and sensitivities.
Learning and leadership development; - Participate in structured rotations, mentorship and training; take ownership of at least one end-to-end storytelling project; present learnings; progressively build strategic storytelling capability.
Administrative support- Provide administrative support to the Storytelling Lead and team in instances where procurement of outsourced services or items is required.
