Responsibilities
- Fixed Assets Verification - Conduct 100% verification of the institution's fixed assets in coordination with the General Finance team.
- Stock Count Support - Support the institution-wide stock count exercise, including physical verification and reconciliation of stock records.
- Reconciliations - Perform reconciliations of assigned financial accounts and records.
- G-L Variance Analysis - Analyze general ledger variances and investigate discrepancies.
- Assigned Report Preparation - Prepare finance reports as assigned by the supervisor.
