Responsibilities
- Learning & Technical Development - Participate in structured training, coaching, mentorship, leadership development, competency assessments, and departmental rotations across engineering functions.
- Asset & Inventory Management - Assist with asset data management and asset inventory verification.-
- Digital Facilities Management - Participate in digital facilities management by supporting CMMS data management, maintenance performance monitoring, predictive maintenance analysis, and the preparation of maintenance reports and dashboards
- Compliance & Accreditation Support - Support digital records, compliance documentation, accreditation activities, and departmental KPI reporting
- Engineering Projects - Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of engineering projects while gaining exposure to project management processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Operational Efficiency - Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the review of engineering guidelines, procedures, programmes, and departmental policies.
- Performance Monitoring - Assist in monitoring and analyzing utility performance, equipment reliability, energy consumption, maintenance KPIs, and downtime trends.
- Upcoming projects – Engage in innovative upcoming objects that are prioritized by the Engineering Department.
Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Recent graduate or up to one(1) year of relevant engineering experience.
Industrial attachment or internship in facilities management, utilities, building services, or hospital engineering will be an added advantage.
