Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming pools and ensure the safety of all pool users.
- Monitor activities in and around the pool to prevent accidents and unsafe behaviour.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues and administering first aid or CPR where necessary.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool environment.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting guests and visitors.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Valid and internationally recognized Lifeguard Certification from one of the following:
- American Red Cross • Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS)
- International Life Saving Society
- PADI
- Government-approved Lifeguard Training Centre
