As a property maintenance officer, the key deliverable for this role is to ensure that the property and fixtures and fittings are maintained in good condition and functioning as per set standards while at the same time focusing on customer satisfaction through resolving customer complaints/tickets in the fastest time possible.
The role focuses on preventive maintenance of assets in use to allow for comfort of the customer.

- Keep track of appliances sent to the central repair workshop to ensure they are fixed and sent back to the property within the set timelines.
