Position Overview

Our client is establishing a new lubricants division and are looking for a hands-on lubricants business-development lead who can help build it from the ground up. They will be responsible for the overall growth, profitability, and strategic development of the company’s lubricants business. The role will drive the end-to-end lubricants portfolio, including strategy, product development, sourcing, pricing, sales, distribution, marketing, customer relationships, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will build sustainable competitive advantage by identifying market opportunities, strengthening channel and customer partnerships, optimizing the product portfolio, and delivering profitable revenue growth.

Key

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

Typically 5+ years of relevant commercial experience, preferably within lubricants, oil & gas, energy, automotive, chemicals, industrial products, or FMCG.

Proven

leading a sizeable P&L or business unit.

Strong track record in sales, business development, channel management, and commercial strategy.
