We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Lift & Elevator Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling lift and elevator solutions, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for lift and elevator installations, modernization, and maintenance services.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and property owners to understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
