A skilled, patient-centered Radiographer is needed to enhance our Diagnostic Imaging team. This position involves utilizing imaging technology to generate precise diagnostic images, maintaining rigorous radiation safety standards, and providing empathetic patient care.
Oversee core operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and meet deadlines. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. Manage stakeholder relationships to foster transparent communication and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct both scheduled and urgent diagnostic X-rays and imaging procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols.
Maintain appropriate patient positioning, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout all examination procedures.
Ensure full compliance with all radiation safety protocols and quality assurance measures at all times.
Ensure the ongoing upkeep of imaging equipment and immediately report any technical malfunctions or issues that arise.
Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical personnel to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria. A minimum of three years of relevant
Experience
in a comparable role is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional
may be considered. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is crucial.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in radiography or medical imaging sciences is required.
A valid license or registration issued by the applicable professional council is required.
A valid and active professional license in good standing is required.
Requires demonstrated proficiency in operating digital X-ray machines and diagnostic imaging systems, with CT and MRI
considered beneficial.
