- Ensure proper perfection of securities and maintenance of collaterals
- Vet property legal reports and advise on stamp duties, registration, and due diligence
- Support Company Secretary in board functions (papers, logs, correspondence)
- Maintain safe custody of confidential physical and electronic records
- Review and resolve complaints/claims on collateral, loan agreements, and disputes
- Draft and review contracts, SLAs, MoUs, leases, and legal documents for compliance
- Follow up on renewals or termination of agreements
- Liaise with external lawyers on assigned tasks
- Provide legal and corporate advisory opinions to the company
- Coordinate Legal & Compliance Audits and reviews
- Advise on legal and regulatory frameworks for company mandate implementation
- Identify, assess, and monitor legal risks
- Manage litigation and review progress of outstanding cases
- Provide legal information, training, and disseminate
- Perform any other duties as assigned
