Responsibilities

Support the Country Director in tracking programme implementation, strategic priorities, and organizational commitments. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Conservation, Policy & Partnerships, Operations, and shared services. Ensure compliance with Conservancy policies, financial standards, donor requirements, and legal obligations. Review, draft, and track contracts, consultant engagements, and programmatic work plans. Support proposal development processes, ensuring adherence to goals, timelines, and documentation requirements. Maintain workflow systems for proposal submissions, deadlines, and supplementary materials. Synthesize information from diverse teams to support funding proposals and donor reporting. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Occasional travel and flexibility to work long or irregular hours as needed.
