Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote the company's automotive products and services.
  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities from customer interactions.
  • Generate, qualify and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline and support conversion.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, equipment or related products based on their requirements.
  • Record customer interactions, enquiries, leads and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM or relevant systems.
  • Schedule appointments, showroom visits, product demonstrations and sales consultations for the sales team.
  • Support the sales team with market research and customer feedback.
  • Assist with lead-generation campaigns and other sales activities.
