Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote automotive products and services.
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries, provide accurate product information and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow‑ups with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline and support conversion.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, equipment or related products.
- Record customer interactions, enquiries, leads and follow‑up activities accurately in CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments, showroom visits, product demonstrations and sales consultations for the sales team.
- Support the sales team with market research, customer feedback, lead generation campaigns and other sales activities.
- Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service and the automotive industry.
- Persuasive, energetic and comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Good computer skills, with ability to use CRM systems, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
