Responsibilities
• Training Delivery Assistance: Conduct standard software training sessions, onboarding client employees on day-to-day productivity tools, basic cloud navigation, and hosted telephony feature settings. • Material & Content Creation: Develop and maintain structured user documentation, simple-language technical manuals, quick-start guides, and short video tutorials. • Cybersecurity Support: Facilitate baseline security awareness training modules and assist in monitoring client performance metrics during simulated phishing campaigns. • Administrative Coordination: Handle the logistics of scheduling training workshops, tracking user completion records, and compiling feedback evaluations. • Helpdesk Support Collaboration: Analyze incoming low-level support ticket patterns to identify what common user errors require the creation of new self-help training assets.
