Food Safety & Hygiene Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene. Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Ensure proper washing, storage, and handling of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. Monitor stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Maintain a clean and organized juice preparation area throughout the shift. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor daily inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, supplements, and consumables. Inform management of low stock levels in a timely manner. Minimize waste through proper portioning and storage. Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries. Teamwork Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Support colleagues during busy service periods. Participate in cleaning schedules and opening/closing duties. Attend training sessions and implement new beverage recipes and procedures. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
