As an IT Operations Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operation of CloudFactory's infrastructure, networks, and SaaS applications, helping ensure systems remain available, secure, and well maintained. Responsibilities
- Infrastructure And Network Support
- Carry out routine maintenance of physical data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Monitor environmental controls and network performance, escalating issues as needed.
- Domain, DNS, and Certificate Management
- Assist in managing domain renewals and certificate lifecycle tasks.
- Perform basic DNS record configurations (A, CNAME, MX) under supervision.
- SaaS Application Support
- Test new features in SaaS applications against defined test cases.
- Provide first-level support for communication and productivity tools (e.g., Gmail, Slack), resolving common user issues.
- Disaster Recovery And Business Continuity
- Assist in executing disaster recovery runbooks and participate in scheduled DR tests.
- Escalate DR-related alerts and issues as required.
- Governance And Compliance
- Follow established procedures and security standards, applying good comprehension of conformance to corporate policies and information security requirements.
